Alternate title screen

At the screen with the Continue, New Game, and other options, press B to go back. When you return to the title screen, different characters will be shown.

Getting Entei

Get to the top of Mt. Battle in the main game, and Cipher Admin Dokim will be waiting at the top. The legendary dogs are a royal pain to catch, but don't worry if you don't. You'll get another chance.

Getting Suicune

Suicune is in The Under. You have to beat Cipher Admin Venus and catch it.

Getting Raikou

Raikou is in the Shadow Pokémon Lab. Catch it and defeat Cipher Admin Ean.

Getting all 3 Starters

Defeat the 'Mayor' and you will get an email telling you where to go.

Get Master Ball

After getting the badges in Realgam Tower, you will get an email from Eagun in Agate Village. Go to his house and you will receive the Master Ball.

Deep Colosseum

Find the D-Disk and use the UFO to get there.

Deep King Agnol

Complete the Deep Colosseum four times. On the fifth time, you get to fight Deep King Agnol.

D-Disk Locations

F-Disk: Defeat Dakim at Mt. Battle.
R-Disk: From the kid locked in the cage in the Under.
U-Disk: In a chest in the Subway near the boxes.
D-Disk: Defeat Head Gonzap at Snagem Hideout.
L-Disk: Talk to the old man in front of the herb shop after giving him his steel teeth. The teeth are in the Under after using the D-Disk.

Purify Method

Okay, to purify many of your pokémon in a short while, go to Agate Village. Outside the Pokemon Center, there is the path down to the forest of Celebi. On the sloping path, hold down on the control stick. When you get to a crack about a quarter of the way down, your person will stop and the screen will start to shake. Since Shadow Pokemon purify by walking, this does it automatically. Now hold up on the control stick and remove the controller. Your character should start walking down again and back into the crack. Leave the game for awhile, then come back and see how much it has worked!
