Cheat Ninja

After returning from the Bayou and getting arrested for running, (face it, we all have to run...), get 100 Relationship points with Detective D Mann and then go through the poster in the back of the prison. The ninja will be there between 6 and 7 AM. Alternatively, go to the moon and find the ninja next to the bed between 10 and 11 AM. There are also locations of this ninja by using the Time Machine and traveling ot November 29, 1984 between 1 and 2 AM, going to the Carnival between 2 and 3 AM, and Paradise Island between 4 and 5 AM.
